- Modify your previously submitted support call
- View the status of your previously submitted support call
- Confirmation emails are sent to you after a support request has been placed
- You are notified via email each time your support call is updated throughout the duration of the support request
- Administrators and/or Technicians are immediately notified of your support call
- You can work one on one with the technician that is assigned to the support request
- After installing the first download of Double Image, new software releases may be available for you
- Determine which Double Image release you have installed by clicking the Help menu and selecting the About dialog on the main Double Image user interface window
- We recommend that whenever possible, use e-mail support.
- We are better able to track problems, reply with detailed solutions, and reserve phone lines for those that have quick questions or needs.
