Double-Image 5.0 is great. The new version is still compact, but the interface is cleaner and easier to use. The new advanced features (remote registry backup especially) make this tool invaluable to me.

As a consultant, I've installed 'Double Image' at almost every one of my clients. Most of my clients have tape backup solutions (that *usually* can recover files after a few hours of effort), but with Double Image 5.0, backups are fast and the files are right there.

With the cost of large hard drives so low now, it is silly not to use Double Image as the primary means of on site backup. It has saved my clients many times.

Double Image^®
Double Image-O^® are disk backup software for Windows desktops and Windows servers.

The difference between the two is that Double Image-Ocan copy open files, while Double Imagedoes not.

• Runs on both workstations and servers, including laptops, tablet PCs.
• Both Double Image versions copy files in Windows native style, like Windows Explorer^®.
• Rely on the file timestamp of each unique source drive selections and target drive, including non-Windows controlled drives, like Linux. Double Image performs synchronization and restores.
• Backup sessions using incremental backup or differential backup options.
• Run multiple backup sessions at the same time.

  • Create colorful reports showing simulation backups, without writing to disk.
